One of two locations in town fir a full selection of groceries. This Brookshire's is on the older side but they have done a pretty good job of keeping it idle decent shape. It is not a mega grocery store but they have a nice selection of a few more upscale items then the local Walmart does. When I couldn't find the spice ginger at the other place I can immediately here. Lucky for us all they had the needed spice for my wife's ginger bread men cookies! Yum!!! Some of my favorites! The people here are always nice and helpful as well. It is a good place to find things of a more special nature in town. They can be a bit more expensive... but worth it to get what you need!
I love this store. It's definitely the best in town for most things, especially anything fancy or gourmet. They have lots of great stuff. I don't think their fruits and veggies are the freshest, but everything else is good. We usually go to Wal-Mart for the bulk of our grocery shopping because it's a lot cheaper, and then we come here for a few specialty items.
